An oversized Santoku that is 2.3” tall at the heel for extra knuckle clearance with a 8.5” cutting edge. Overall Length is ~15.5” depending on handle density which effects the balance point.
NOTE: I have moved away from the 2 payment deposit system I have used for years. Payment options from Affirm are now available at checkout and are much better than I am able to provide and track myself. Because of this I have lowered the price to reflect the savings on my end.
